Vikasietum (विकसितुम्) is a word in the Sanskrit language which means ‘to bloom’ or ‘to blossom’! It is pronounced as Viks-it-um.
At Vikasietum, we like to approach IT services a little differently, with the intent of making the potential in people, relationships and business blossom.
The Vikasietum team comes from a diverse background with multiple years delivering IT services to global customers. The team members work together in a virtual work environment.
We along with eConsultants Inc. which is our sister company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia provide a formidable value proposition for our global clients like Oracle, Lockheed, Intergraph, IHI E&C, Motiva, Federal Agency and Wells Fargo by leveraging the domain and technical expertise from our US team and a diverse range of talent from our India team.
The colours in the logo have been selected to represent the Panch Bhutas or the Five Elements that are the building blocks of the entire universe - namely Fire (Agni), Earth (Prithvi), Water (Jal), Air (Vayu) and Space (Akash).
Yellow represents Fire
Blue represents Water
Green represents Earth
Air and Space are all encompassing and hence do not need any specific colour.
The upwards angle in the T denotes our commitment for excellence in technology!
The green bud ready to bloom represents our aspiration at Vikasietum to blossom business relationships and human potential!

India as a land has been blessed by many saints and masters across the ages. The below is an exchange between two of them, Tulsidas and Rahim who lived in the same era a few hundred years ago.
Tulsidas came to know about a unique behaviour of Rahim. While giving alms to the poor, Rahim gave with extreme humility.
While giving, he kept his gaze downwards towards the earth. He never looked at the person he was giving alms to.
Tulsidas wrote to Rahim.
“ऐसी देनी देंनज्यूँ, कित सीखे हो सैन
जयोंज्यों कर ऊंच्यो करो, त्योंत्यों निचे नैन”
“O great person, where have you learnt this amazing way of giving?
As your hands rise (to give), your eyes look down”
Rahim replied in extreme humility.
“देनहार कोई और है, भेजत जो दिन रैन
लोग भरम हम पर करे, तासो निचे नैन”
“The Giver is someone else, giving day and night.
The world has a misconception that I am the giver. So, I lower my eyes in embarrassment.”
