Vikasietum was founded to solve a clear gap in the market — reliable, high-quality software engineering for small and mid-sized businesses that are often underserved. While large enterprises benefit from structured, top-tier support, growing companies are frequently left dealing with inconsistent delivery and misaligned execution.

After decades in the IT industry, our founder Vivek recognized this imbalance firsthand. Vikasietum was built to bring the same level of rigor, reliability, and product thinking to businesses that need it most.

Derived from the Sanskrit word meaning “to bloom,” Vikasietum exists to help businesses reach their full potential through thoughtful engineering, agile execution, and a strong product mindset. We don’t just build software — we build systems that enable sustained growth and long-term impact.

About the Founder:
Vivek is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience leading large-scale IT programs across industries and geographies. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
